The Belgian/Flemish/Dutch Stakeholder Desk will kick off on a wide range of stakeholders have been invited by partners TU Eindhoven, Vito/Energy Ville and Rescoop. 

The kick-off will introduce the project, before entering in a discussion on the EU's recast Renewable Energy Directive, the opportunities arising and the barriers to community energy.
