Energy communities are putting energy back in the hands of people and building a new energy system that works for all. A brand new website, the Energy Community Platform, gathers tools and resources to help energy communities grow and advance their businesses. On the platform Citizens can take a test to self-assess the maturity of their community energy projects, find a broad collection of resources for any development stage, get in touch with other communities, or ask for professional support from a network of experts. 

The Energy Community Platform has been launched by REScoop.eu, the European federation of citizen energy cooperatives, with the support of the Interreg NEW ECCO project, the COME RES project, the Compile project, and clothes retailer Patagonia.
