D3.1 Stakeholder Involvement and Engagement Plans
The Plans elaborate on the activities to establish a common methodological framework for the work of the nine country desks. It includes a common methodology to identify, map and analyse stakeholders (Who are the stakeholders to engage in the dialogue? What are their interests/needs/motivations? Which of them are to be prioritised?), ensure the representativeness of different stakeholders and make desk results comparable.
Nine Stakeholder Engagement Plans, one for each country explain the strategic goals of the stakeholder consultations, how they will be organised, how how stakeholders interact, how the results will be cross-shared among the participants and disseminated towards the COME RES target groups.
